Waited an hour and forty five minutes for food. When I asked around the hour and a quarter mark whether we could at least get our salads, I was told that I could just leave. They did bring our salads. They brought my daughter's ribs and my mom's wings but then proceeded to serve every table around us that had came in after us. At the hour and forty five minute mark I told them to keep my and my wife's prime rib. They blamed the waitress for all of it which really wasn't her fault. This is my hometown and I wasn't expecting to be treated so callous. The owner actually texted my sister and told her that her brother needed to "go back to West Virginia!" I was the talk of the town for the next two days. Unreal... I've never been treated like that in any restaurant. The norm would be to apologize for the wait and try to make it right, but not in Sheffield apparently. The customer is the villain because they stand up to their BS. BTW, I live in Virginia but would be proud to call West Virginia home too!
Good food, disappointed the bar was so smoky, but the dinning area was nice, waitress was awesome.
